Magic arch

This happened late Tuesday evening in Spring Creek Basin. Wowza. Not the boldest rainbow ever, and the pic doesn’t do justice to the view, but it was pure magic. … Yes, it “sprinkled” over that part of the basin; I think I got hit by four, maybe five drops. Sure was pretty. πŸ™‚

That IS pretty, TJ. What a beautiful rainbow “arch” and it’s nice that a few cooling drops fell too! πŸ™‚

The clouds and sprinkles *did* cool things down a bit … but when it’s blistering, “cool” is relative. πŸ˜‰ But like we’ve noted before, in the face of such beauty, you suddenly don’t notice the heat (or cold)!

πŸ™‚ For sure – beauty trumps blistering.

Very beautiful! Hope you get a good shower, not just a few drops!

I was thinking about you when I was trying to get a cell phone pic of the backlit rain drops! πŸ™‚ Hopefully some moisture is making its way into our region. … I give it 50-50; it will … or it won’t! Ha. (Hoping like crazy and crossing everything that can be crossed, and if I had the water, I’d wash my truck!)
