Everyone out “here” in the west/southwest ALWAYS appreciates rain/snow! To be grateful for the moisture is one thing, the possible long-term effects of such changes might be something else. My folks are in Central Texas and right in the middle of the cold and snow and ice. Fortunately, they have a generator, but they’re still having water issues. The long-term effects are becoming short-term ones as the situation worsens. …
