My folks are in Central Texas and right in the middle of the cold and snow and ice. Fortunately, they have a generator, but they’re still having water issues. The long-term effects are becoming short-term ones as the situation worsens. …

Lots of melting in the last couple of days – especially yesterday with the wind (!). It actually FEELS like winter now. π
