Copper-red Gaia on a blue-rain day. The last few days have been clear-blue-sky days again, and the temps are creeping up again. Not as hot as previously, so there’s relief in that.
Once again, the forecast shows rain chances in a *week*. … It’s been more disappointing (!) than accurate, but we always have hope!
Such beautiful colors in this photo, TJ! Gorgeous reds and blues and red Gaia is the highlight. She is a vision in her red coat and blond ‘do.
Her coloring really makes her stand out, no matter the background, but with that rain-blue sky in the background, she shines even under clouds! π
How are the water troughs doing? Enough water?
Yes! And the forecast is calling for rain chances starting Friday. *Everything* is crossed (and I’m braiding my hair!). π So that should add water to the tanks and, if we get enough, at least boost the seeps and a pond or two (or more!). The horses are widely dispersed and not relying on the troughs, which means they have plenty of natural water sources. I even saw them drinking at a place the other day where I didn’t think there was water. … The mustangs knew there was water!
Another beautiful picture! Wish I could see one with rain falling!
So would I. … So would I. … I will try to be ready to take that pic if I can! π
