Mud baby

The beauty doesn’t mind playing in the dirt now and then. 🙂

I love when they roll in mud! My mule is a pro roller, and it makes me giggle every time : )

A pro roller! Ha! 🙂 They have zero qualms about getting dirty – especially (in the domestic case) right after a bath meant to make them clean! Ha. When I was a kid, I had a horse that had to go in a stall after he got a bath before going to shows because he’d instantly roll otherwise. He HATED being in a stall, though, so then he’d pout. … I do love to see the mustangs covered in mud – especially way up to their back like Cassidy Rain above! It means they had plenty of water to roll IN! 🙂

Yes – after a bath or the rain is prime rolling time – lol!

Boy does that bring back memories! My boy was a roanie App – except for when he was caked with mud!! Thanks for the laugh – we all need it now.

Ha! No wonder she’s so shiny when her coat is clean; she’s had her full-body mud wrap! 🙂

Now that is quite the fashion statement – a swirly, ribbony, mud thingy goin’ on! 😁

I didn’t realize until after I’d posted, but that swirly, ribbony thing she has goin’ on kinda matches the erosion channels in the ridge behind her!

You’re right TJ! She matches her environment perfectly. Clever horse!
