Killian might have been looking at a couple of his mares. … Or he might have been listening to thunder.
Not long after this pic was taken, we did get a little wave of sprinkles. But the bigger wave came around 8:30 p.m. And was still going as of 10 p.m. 🙂
The roof over Disappointment Valley is leaking, and we couldn’t be happier – or more relieved!
Wonderful!!!! Thanks you made my day!!
I am sooo glad! Prayers answered. Keep it coming.
Hallelujah 💦
Thank God, I hope it rained all night long and into the morning.
We got 0.19 inch near the basin, and the ground is – gasp! – STILL DAMP! I had to fish the spiders (?!) out of my mud boots to check the rain gauge (no, it wasn’t *muddy* … just *damp* … but “just damp” is something it’s almost never after the drips we’ve gotten any time in the last however many months). Wow. 🙂 And it’s humid. Imagine that! 🙂 Thank you and thank you and thank you! This made my day, too! 🙂
So glad for the rain. Hope you get more!
Thanks! Us, too!
I thought the radar looked like you and the ponies were getting rain! So glad, TJ. Now, if only… We wonder if it will ever rain again in our lifetimes here. 😣
The radar has been so weird; most of the time, if there’s green over us, it’s lying – moisture isn’t actually hitting the ground. I hope it’s true right now and you guys are getting rain!
