Promising … but not making much good on its promise. The northeastern and maybe eastern portions of Spring Creek Basin (including at least one water catchment) got enough rain to make the ground damp for a little while, so that’s fortunate.

We finally got a tiny bit of measurable rain yesterday and last night. Very thankful.
Taking anyhing we can get! This is such a beautiful photo, TJ – the colors, the light and shadow, special Spring Creek Basin landmarks, and – of course – mustangs! Just gorgeous.
I wish it would turn into more … more chances and more actually hitting the ground. Still beautiful when somebody else is (hopefully) getting rain! 🙂
And the boys still hang together – so glad.
Yes, they were following their band and leading another band to water. 🙂
I guess some little rain is better than none!
Yes … but we can’t survive on non-measurable spits! Every afternoon (well, the last couple of days) when the clouds build, my hopes get higher than the rain chances. Ha. 🙂
