It’s always a good day when I can spend a little time with beautiful Cassidy Rain and her band. She actually posed right there for a couple of minutes. (Thank you, lady!)
The subtle light on that beloved background was sublime; it doesn’t actually translate very well in the pic. But some of the softness of that light is because it’s diffused by blowing dust. Though it’s hard to tell by Cassidy Rain’s relatively “tame” mane and tail, it was still *windy*, even very close to sunset.
Apparently, weather across the country is supposed to get crazy. … Err, MORE crazy. It was 72F here yesterday (that ain’t good). But the craziest we’re supposed to get is that today’s high will be “only” in the 50s! Wherever you are, readers, stay safe out there!
The winds will be worse today, TJ; batton down the hatches. That is a perfect photo of Cassidy Rain! She seems to have struck a model’s pose just for your camera!
I’ll take any/every pose from her that I can get. 😉 The wind was about the same (bad), but it was definitely colder, with a high *just* in the upper 40s. … Is that crazy or what?!
I noticed that, TJ. That wind was cold.
So nice of her to pose for you! We are having crazy weather also! Temps up and down and high winds!
Very nice and polite, indeed. 😉 Your weather sounds just like ours. … Should calm down again (the wind) … but now we get *warm*. Stay belted in on the rollercoaster ride!
She is a beauty. Some wind here. Unusually high temperatures here. The snow in the high country is melting. My sister is in N. Dakota. So much snow for them.
She’s magnetic! 🙂 Did you guys reach the 90s? My folks in Texas saw at least 90F today. … Then, yeah, folks from North Dakota across to, I don’t know, upper East, getting snow! Just crazy! There’s some snow here in the high country (thank goodness), but yeah, melting rapidly, and this would have brought in the dust for sure. Argh.
90’s are predicted to start Wednesday. 🫠 We’ve been in the high 80’s. The pastures are starting to dry up a little bit, but still a lot of green.
