Forget the goats. Join the mustangs for a little stretching session. 🙂
That’s McKenna Peak in the background, still under foggy snow. We got a skiff of snow that morning (Tuesday morning), but it didn’t last long. Nor did it make the ground any kind of damp when it was gone. Our need for snow is getting a bit desperate.
That is an impressive stretch! And ditto with the snow, TJ – we had the “skiffiest” of skiffs. No wet ground and in no time it was all in the past. Yes. Desperate is the word.
I love to see the horses do those deep stretches. 🙂 Yeah … the “skiffiest” of skiffs, indeed! What the heck!? As usual, I’m getting concerned, even while I’m horrified by the SO-dry conditions in California and the winds fueling those terrible fires. 😦
Great looking stretch! Hoping for some snow soon!
She’d been napping – just standing – at the top of that ridge since I started my hike out to the horses, so that stretch was a good way to limber up to get moving. 🙂 Hope we do get snow soon. Did you get any snow from that big storm that moved across the U.S.?
I guess this wont be very uplifting. But we’ve been getting a few inches of snow every night – probably 6″ now – VERY cold and VERY windy. Now having said that – its WINTER and this is how it used to be every year – from the time I was a child! Now we all know it could change on a dime back to rain & ice. But right now, I’m good with feeding birds and larger wildlife morning and night.
I hope you are all blessed – sooner rather than later (snowwise).
Ah, you must have been part of that big storm? Hope the snow is beneficial to your area and not destructive! I’m sure your local birds and wildlife (deer?) know where to find their winter snacks. 🙂
Ha! Downward dog 💗
Downward *mustang*! 😉
Ha ha! Yes definitely 😄🐎
