It MUST be spring – the prince’s plume is flowering. ๐
And the bees also are very happy about that:
And … drum roll, please … WE GOT RAIN LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The first actual rain – and yes, the ground got more-than-damp wet – since April 6. It will put some water in the catchments and give the vegetation a nice, lovely drink of moisture.
*Relief*. ๐
Hurray for rain!
flowers & bees look great – not quite at that point here – getting there.
We likely won’t have a dense show of wildflowers here after our disappointing winter, but the little ones are coming up along with the showy prince’s plume. ๐
Looks like spring has sprung! So glad for the rain! Hoping more is on the way!
We did get another dose of evening rain! So welcome! If only those doses would come a bit more frequently and regularly! ๐
Prince’s plume!โThanks for these pics, TJ!โAnd I’m so glad you got some of this rain!!โWhat a nice gift right when we were needing it so badly. ๐
I’m always so happy to see the prince’s plume. ๐ They make spring seem real, indeed!
