Dear politicians,

When our stallions are so fat that we giggle and joke and speculate about when they’re due to foal, we’re #NotStarving and our range is #NotDestroyed.

Love,
Spring Creek Basin mustangs

Sundance

P.S. I’m not even kidding! πŸ™‚

Hahaha! Oh, TJ… I wrote my letter to our Senators yesterday and I wanted so badly to add some images of our Wyoming wild horses… fatty’s!!! If they would only look and listen to what it’s really and truly like on the ranges!
Thanks for all you do, my friend.

πŸ™‚ I too have written our senators – one did not reply (D) and one (R) replied,
parroting the same old “mustangs are over-populating ranges where they have no predators; they are starving; they are causing damage to the range,” yada, yada. We still have so much work to do. Thank you, TJ, for your hard work on the front lines!

Sue, can you call your representatives local office and invite a staff person out to SEE the ‘starving’ wild horses??? Often times when you call – and even ask to speak to the individual handling the Wild Horse issue for the Senator – it gets their attention moreso than a letter.

There was supposed to be a smiley face there – don’t know what happened. Operator error!

Boy, is he chubby! And yes, these “representatives” should be ashamed for just sitting back & taking the propaganda as truth – not even making the attempt to research the issue or have their staff do it!

Good grass, good management of our Tres Rios BLM with volunteers willing . So look at the results of no cattle or sheep in the land the horses graze. We are proud that the wild mustangs are grazing well.
