“Bad” meaning, of course, so good and handsome.

Voodoo “daddy” and his mares are all so big and healthy! In fact all the Sand Wash Basin mustangs really look robust and full of life, and that makes me happy. 🙂

Seeing healthy mustangs wild on their beautiful ranges DOES make us happy! Ecstatically so! 🙂

Beautiful Horses! Do they just range free or are they adoptable?

These mustangs ARE wild and free! These particular mustangs call Sand Wash Basin home – in northwestern Colorado. Tens of thousands of mustangs already rounded up and removed from their home ranges by BLM are adoptable. For more information, check these BLM websites: http://www.blm.gov/wo/st/en/prog/whbprogram/adoption_program.html and http://www.wildhorseandburro.blm.gov/adoption.htm. Also the Mustang Heritage Foundation: http://www.mustangheritagefoundation.org/
