This pic was taken a little while ago, but that’s what our sky looks like again – beautiful Colorado-blue. Thankful for no/little smoke, but how about some rain-bearing clouds? Or just sunshine-blocking, heat-relieving clouds? We don’t ask for much, hey? 🙂
Spring Creek Basin Mustangs 
😂 Mariah has emerged from the spa as an adobe mustang! And just as beautiful in clay as she is in gray. I agree, TJ; Colorado-blue is better than smoke. The fires rage on. Stoner Mesa fire: 0% contained, over 8700 acres burned, now spreading back west to Stoner Mesa after devastating Taylor Mesa. Just heart-breakingly bad.
Adobe mustang! Why didn’t I think of that? 😄 I’m so thankful for the blue skies and so sorry about the fire devastation. I don’t know that area well at all. I hope it will all come back in the cycle of regrowth, though I’m sure it will take a while.
It will come back someday…sadly not in my and Denny’s lifetime. 🥹
