Thank you so much! We have plenty o’ mud today after 2.5 inches of snow overnight!!! I wasn’t hopeful, but it exceeded my hopes. 🙂

Ha. 😆 She looks like neopolitan ice cream…without the strawberry! Glad that bit of snow you had was enough to make mud somewhere in the Basin. So far today, we’re a predictable and monumental fizzle on the storm front – just the annoying wind to suck away what little ground moisture we have. Such a bummer.

She and the band were near a little pond that does have water, so I think that was the source of her mud bath. 🙂 Did you guys get any moisture today?? We got a whopping 2.5 inches of snow! It melted pretty fast, but wow – pretty nice! And yes … the wind picked up again (not as bad as the previous day), but I was too happy to notice much (though I’m sure it’ll dry it out again too fast).

Maybe she was craving some sweetness! 🙂 We did get more moisture – see comments above. Very nice and very soggy, if only for a little while!

This is hysterical ! Nothing like a mud spa ! Chocolate dipped ! Hope the impending snow will be the sugar coating !

We DID get that sugar-coating snow! It melted scary fast, but it sure was nice while it lasted – and the moisture is a huge relief. And Maia was mostly clean again today. … Until she – and a couple of her friends – rolled in the very wet, very red dirt. 🙂

No. Just 60 mph winds for two days. We’re going to be bone dry by May.

Ugh. At least our terrible wind eventually brought snow (all night again – I was astounded to wake up to white ground!).
