Staring down the unknown

This young stallion wasn’t sure what to make of my buggy parked on the ridge. He wasn’t sure whether he should challenge it or give it a very wide berth. IT didn’t make any threatening moves, and pretty quickly, he dropped over the other side of the ridge and sought company with wise old Houdini. ๐Ÿ™‚ (She’s no longer with the band I found her with earlier this winter, and she’s sticking to a pretty small area – that same area where I found her.)

I love the mentoring by the wise mustang elders. Remember Duke schooling Twister and Cuatro?
