They say you never forget your first. Whoever “they” are, they’re right. This boy is my very first wild love, and he did this crazy thing: He enlarged my heart more than I’d have thought possible so I could love every mustang that has come afterward. I called him Grey before I ever knew he had an “official” name – Traveler.
Yes, yes, they’re ALL my favorites, but he really is my very absolutest, mostest, bestest favorite. š

How old is Traveler now?
No one knows exactly how old he was, but we’re pretty confident in thinking that he’s somewhere north of 20.

I saw Traveler’s “story” on a YouTube video clip a few years ago. I had been watching Mustang clips and stumbled onto it. When I went back months later to watch it again, I couldn’t find it no matter how I tried! I did web searches using his name but to no avail. I tried again today (years later) and HERE I AM! I am so happy to have found your page and Traveler. I was worried that he may have passed on so I am ecstatic that Mr Handsome is still around! I have been in love with horses, and the mustangs in particular since I was a young girl (52 now!). I would love to just sit and watch a family of mustangs, and shoot some photos. To be able to watch Traveler and the mustang of SCB would be a dream come true!
