Just a reminder that today is the deadline for votes! I’m headed out to visit the horses under threat of snow, and voting will close when I get back – which ought to be about two hours after sunset, Mountain time – unless it blizzards!
Again, thank you to everyone who has voted and commented and expressed your interest in these wonderful wild ones!
Be safe….
Hi,
It is too hard to make 1 vote a month, so K and I would have voted once for each photo every month.
I like all of them for different reasons. The light, landscape, movement and sharpness, balance , flow, etc.
Good fun to vote on them. Nice comments.
Good Luck to all,
T&K
It’s Wednesday night and the weather report looks good for moisture (rain/snow) up your way (which the horses need!!), but we worry ’bout you trying to get out there to check on them….
Please be SAFE… 🙂

Thank you soooo much for sharing your beautiful horses with us!! We LOVED looking at your mom’s calendar last year & hope we get to be the lucky pick for one this year!! Merry Christmas!! 🙂
Tom, Kayla, Deleese and daughters! Thank you all for your votes! The drawing is Friday – goooooood luck!
Foggy snow waves breaking over the north hills today just before sunset – which we couldn’t see because of the heavy clouds. I’m sure I heard thunder earlier (thunder! in December!). The temp dropped from the mid-50s to the lower 40s. The wind was spitting rain across the basin when I left … watching Raven, Kootenai and Corona watch a couple of mule deer does. Very dry – but the ponds are unfrozen!
