A little bit of snow, and Temple and Madison thought it was a good excuse to RUN! 🙂
The above pic was shortly after I got into Spring Creek Basin. By the time I was leaving, it was snowing, and the snow was sticking, and the landscape was all white. I doubt it was even a full inch, but this “winter,” we’ll take all the white stuff Ma Nature is willing to send us!

I think we got half an inch *max*; so great that ya’ll got a full inch! Once again, I think the rest of Colorado got the goods, and we got mostly left out. But we’ll take it!
So glad for the snow! The horses look happy about it! They just had to run!
They sure were full of frisk! Ha! 🙂 We’re glad about the snow, too, however little. We have cold temps, so hopefully it’ll insulate the ground a bit, then soak in nicely.
