Rowan and Dundee indulged my recent wish of getting a pic of the horses going after the rain-juiced new grass. Some of that is cheat grass, but there was a lot of grama and galleta, which are native warm-season grasses. It’s so nice to see them able to indulge what must be their own wishes of fresh grass!
Spring Creek Basin Mustangs 
So glad those mustangs have a revitalized salad bar before winter comes. We are grateful for the recent rains – we had 0.7 inch total here in the last mini-monsoon, and we’ll take it! Love Rowan’s and Dundee’s beautiful faces.
No kidding; me, too. Huge relief. I’m hoping we get some more rain (any time!) to keep the goodness growing until … it doesn’t!
