Between the rain and snow and hunters driving on rain- and snow-wet roads, yes, they’re pretty rough – but they’re dry. I still don’t recommend going past the Spring Creek crossing, although I talked to some other folks in a smaller pickup yesterday who did! It depends on your vehicle and clearance. If you have decent clearance, you won’t have too much trouble up to that crossing.
I had been thinking about driving over there soon but our friends went yesterday and said the roads were pretty bad?

Beautiful light on our full-of-heart pinto boy! Pretty photo, TJ.
If I’d been on the other side of him and gotten his heart, too, it would have been just perfect! 🙂
Love that light shining through his mane. Beautiful handsome guy.
I was very specifically trying to get that backlighting through his mane. 🙂
Love this great looking pinto guy!
He’s definitely a good-looking pinto pony. 🙂
The light streaming behind his mane is so beautiful.
I love that light. 🙂
