Kind of scared me at first. I thought it looked like she was damaging her eye! A blind horse could be vulnerable.

That’s what I thought, too, when I first saw her scratching right under her eye! I held very still (other than clicking the shutter) and hoped nothing sudden happened among the horses just then! 🙂
